Obituary of Alisabetta Luciano

Alisabetta Luciano formerly of Highland Park Alisabetta "Elisa" Luciano, 92, formerly of Highland Park, most recently residing with her son, Philip, died Friday, Sept. 2, 2016. She was the beloved wife of the late Domenico Luciano; mother of Anthony D. Luciano (Nannette) and Philip P. Luciano; grandmother of Domenic Luciano and Andria Janos (Joseph); great-grandmother of Elisandra and Lucas Janos; sister of the late Antonio Scolieri (survived by Teresa), Joseph Scolieri (Evelyn) and Virginia Galletti (Mario); also survived by many nieces and nephews. Born in Maierato, Italy, Elisa was the matriarch of the Scolieri and Luciano families. Friends will be received 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at McCABE BROS. INC. FUNERAL HOME, 6214 Walnut St., Shadyside, where funeral will commence at 9 a.m. Tuesday, followed by Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. in St. Maria Goretti Church, Friendship Campus.
