Condolences
I just found out about Mossy. My heart is broken. I work for Brentwood Borough and have been sick so not being around for Pension Meetings I did not know. Please accept my condolences and sympathy. What a wonderful man. He will truly be missed.

Dear Murphy Family,
I’m sorry for just hearing the news about Mossie! He truly was a wonderful man. I enjoyed our years working together at Merrill Lynch. He always made every interaction a positive one. I recently had the opportunity to spend time with him and Jack at Notre Dame. I was so excited and happy to be with him. He was so proud of his children that the topic of his health was never discussed. That was him Family First! You will be missed more than you but thanks for the memories.
Love,
Phil
So sorry to learn of your loss. Mossie and I came into contact professionally with one another for years during my career working for PNC. Your husband / father was an individual I looked forward to seeing and spending time with. The combination of the ability to laugh but also talk through the challenges of our work was always appreciated.
Please know there are many folks just like me that will be missing and thinking about their time with Mossie through the years.
Sincerely,
Pat Naughton
Always bigger than life; it's hard to imagine a world without Mossie in it. It's certainly a poorer one. Our deepest sympathy to the entire Murphy family.

To the Murphy Family,
Please accept my heartfelt condolences.
I attended Central Catholic and was a few years younger but played football with Mossie. He was a larger than life figure..figuratively an literally, a great football player and a better person with a passion for life and making everyone around him smile! God better get ready…Mossie is in the house! RIP my friend!
Dear Abby,
My love and deep sympathy to you and your family. May Mossie rest in peace.

Mossie was accepting and inviting of all just as his parents. A genuine person with an infectious spirit and personality. I will be with you again my friend , rip
I want to send my condolences to the family. I met Mossie along time ago with some friends. He was always a class act and good guy. He was a great father, friend, husband and sibling to a great family. I just realized he was exactly 1 month older than me. I was born on June 5th. May GOD rest his soul.

Mossie took me under his wing at Lehigh and was a friend and mentor on and off the field .we traveled the roads together for the games and spent many many nights at the Tally Ho! I am so grateful for having him in my life we lost touch for many years and reconnected a couple years ago and talked about our kids and how proud we are of them and laughed always laughed . I am beyond sorry for your loss .He was a legitimate bad ass and larger than life ! Josh Weitzman Chicago jdog20307@me.com
