“Excuse me sir, does your dog bite?”

“Oh no, my dog does not bite.”

“Ow! Your dog bit me!”

“Oh, that’s not my dog.”

I can still hear my Pap’s voice saying that. I can still hear his laugh as he did; it got him every time. It’s such a fond memory, my Pap had the best sense of humor.

Rest in peace, Pap. Thank you for everything <3

I will always remember Uncle Mike as a gentleman. Quiet, yet quick with a smile and a joke. One of the last of the Greatest Generation.
