Obituary of Zoltan Kish

Zoltan Kish “Zolt” Of Morningside on Tuesday, December 7, 2021, age 67. Beloved husband of Valerie R. Kish; son of Valerie and the late Francis Kish; brother of Attila “Aut” Kish (Theresa), uncle of Justin Kish (Jamie) and Sean Kish (Jamie); great-uncle of Mason Parker Kish; brother-in-law of Maureen “Pixie” Haynes; also survived by cousins and friends. Zolt worked at the family business, Kish’s Bakery, until retirement. He was then able to explore his interests in antiquing, photography and jewelry design. He played bocce with the Morningside Bocce League and participated in the Bloomfield Italian Days tournaments over the years. He enjoyed his Thursday night and every other Tuesday Poker Club nights. Zolt was an exceedingly kind and compassionate man. Doing for others made him the happiest. Friends received at McCabe Bros., Inc. Funeral Home, 6214 Walnut Street, Shadyside on Friday, 2-4 and 6-8 pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held in St. Jude Parish, St. Raphael Church on Saturday at 10 am.
