Obituary of Shirley M. Zottola

Of Morningside on Tuesday, June 8, 2021, age 90. Beloved wife of the late Eugene S. Zottola; mother of Valerie Zottola, CSJ and Cynthia A. Rigby (the late Kenneth); grandmother of Jason Rigby (Beth), Lucas Rigby (Jennifer) and the late Lori Rigby; great-grandmother of Jackson, Gavin, Emma, Tyler and Morgan Rigby, Michael Jordan, and Zoey Yeager-Rigby; sister of Dianna Foran (Neil), Lawrence Hunter (Donna), Sandy Heckler, and the late Howard Hunter, Jr. (the late Madeline), Lois Feigl (the late William), Audrey Hunter, and Bonnie Bucci (survived by Paul); also survived by many nieces and nephews. Shirley was a very talented cook who loved to make meals for her family. She was also an avid Pittsburgh sports fan. Friends received at McCabe Bros., Inc. Funeral Home, 5300 Penn Avenue, Bloomfield on Friday, 2-4 and 6-8 pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held in St. Jude Parish, St. Raphael Church on Saturday at 10 am.
