We are so sorry to hear of the passing of Patty. She will be missed by so many she came in contact with through the Cultural Trust. She was always so cheery and helpful to the patrons. She always had a way of making each person feel like they were her first priority. We will miss her infectious laugh and her ability to make everyone smile. Love and prayers to all who knew her. I am an usher for the Cultural Trust and had the pleasure of meeting and working with Patty in Guest Services for a number of years. She was a special lady who always had a smile on her face and a kind word for everyone. My sincere condolences to her family. She will be missed.

I worked with Patty for years for the Trust and what I most enjoyed about her was she had a very soft and lulling voice--aways at the same timbre and her laugh which was always jovial yet kind and familiar like family. She will not only be missed in the phone room but also in the many other capacities the she served at the Trust
