Who was that women so lively and chirpy ... smiling ear to ear ... laughing and singing like a bird from God? That was Lois stopping by to take my Nana to bingo time after time ... playing more bingo cards that anyone worldwide ... that was Lois consoling my mother ... making her laugh to tears ... making her travel hear to there ... even to Nantucket on a rainy Friday night in August when thunderstorms threatened their lives over the ocean blue or to the Jersey Shore to pass away their blues on slot machines for hours on end ... that was Lois befriending my sisters one by one ... making them cared for by one who knows struggles and the hardships of life ... that was Lois making fun of me and all of my wackiness like taking a typewriter to the shore to write my resume instead just enjoying the ride to Sharon and Joe’s with her and my mom ... that was Lois coming to my aid as a new divorcee and offering her place in Florida for my boys and I when I had money for nothing and only points to fly down ... that was Lois leaving out Footprints for me to read when I got to Florida so I would know that the Lord was carrying me so enjoy the ride like she did no matter what life would pass to you that would make you cry ... God Blessed Lois ... why? Because she Praised and gave Glory to the Lord to the Heavens high ... just as we all should as she did ... no matter what and no matter how and no matter where ... How can one repay Lois? Don’t think that we can however I am sure glad I got her free tickets to see Eddie Money so I can hear her sing I love a rainy night from AC to Avalon all night long while Aggie sat quietly except to say “We are in God Country now and she is just a quiet girl ... My memories run wild thinking of Lois and all of her energy and love for all no matter who or where you were ... What a loving example for all of us especially all of us Marners .... Thank you Lois for all and Rest In Peace ... You are home now in Heaven with Aggie and Nana loving and praying for all of us ... day and night ... Thank you again Lois ... Thank you ... I am sorry that I could not make it to Pittsburgh for your funeral however you know that I am praying for you and offered Mass for you today in NJ ... Lois was a special neighbor for almost 30 years. She was truly a most thoughtful and loving person who we will dearly miss. Lois watched our oldest child when he was young and was always there in time of need. A life well-lived. May she rest in God's peace.

I am so sorry to hear of the passing of Aunt Lois. She was a lovely lady loved by all who knew her. My thoughts and prayers go out to her family at this very difficult time. We never lose the people we love, they live the rest of our lives in our heart.
