Of Squirrel Hill on Saturday, January 26, 2019, age 50.  Beloved husband of Irina Chibisov; father of Dennis and Michael Chibisov; son of Klavdiya Chibisova and the late Yuri Chibisov; brother of Oleg Chibisov (Ulyana); uncle of Vitaliy Chibisov.  Val was a Financial Analyst at BNY Mellon for over 20 years.  He liked to travel and spend his time and his love with his family.  Friends received at McCabe Bros., Inc.
