I am so sorry to hear of the way-too-soon passing of Mary Alice Gorman, who was a friend to authors and readers and carried the light of literacy to her many friends and customers. Being with her was always a delight that I will dearly miss.

Mary Alice was a truly wonderful person. When I belonged to one of the book groups at her shop, we had a wonderful time. She was the best. Thank you Mary Alice for all you did.
