William Bertram “Burt”

Of Verona, passed away on Tuesday, February 20, 2018, age 82. Devoted husband of the late Paulette; loving father of Susan Quinn (Michael Gable) and Dana Kornick (Michael Frankovich); beloved grandfather of Quinn Gable (Lindsay), Laura Gable, Ethan Michaels, and the late Joshua Michaels; proud great-grandfather of Aiden, Caelinn, and Ainsley; survived by dearest sisters Dolores Moxie (late Joseph), Patricia Massicci (Armand), and sister-in-law Eileen Quinn (Richard Nussbaumer); also survived by many cherished nieces and nephews. Burt was an avid dancer. He was one of the founding members of the Steel City Boogie Club and an active dancer in Swing Pittsburgh. He, also, enjoyed spending time with his grand-puppies. A viewing will be held at McCabe Brothers Funeral Home, www.mccabebrothers.com 5300 Penn Avenue, Bloomfield on Sunday, February 25, 2-4 and 6-8 pm, where a service will be held Monday, February 26 at 11 am.
