John R. “Jack”

Of Bloomfield on Thursday, October 12, 2017, age 72.  Beloved son of the late Andrew R. and Gladys V. (McNeil) Samuels; brother of James M. Samuels (Caroline); uncle of Kristin Liskay (Mark) and Robin Chiodi (Pasquale).  A lifelong resident of Bloomfield, Jack worked as an X-Ray technician at West Penn Hospital until his retirement.  A memorial service will be held at McCabe Bros., Inc. Funeral Home, 5300 Penn Avenue, Bloomfield on Wednesday at 11 am.  Inurnment to follow at Allegheny Cemetery.  www.mccabebrothers.com
