Of Point Breeze on Saturday, September 2, 2017, age 89.  Beloved husband of the late Margaret Marie Flaherty; father of John Flaherty (Irma), Kathleen Flaherty, Morgan Flaherty, MD (Donna), Margaret Milne (Chris), Eileen Flaherty, Michael Flaherty (Lori), Kerry Seman (John), and the late Patrick (survived by Patty) and Edward Flaherty; grandfather of Morgan, Mack, Shannon, Ryan, Nicole, Shelby, Collin and Hailey; brother of the late Patrick, Maurice, Edward, Kathleen, Eileen, and Agnes; also survived by nieces and nephews.  Friends received at McCabe Bros., Inc.
