Of O’Hara Twp., formerly of Stanton Heights on Saturday, June 3, 2017, age 86.  Beloved husband of 61 years to Vittoria Serrao; father of Robert P. Serrao (Robin); grandfather of Robert F. Serrao; also survived by nieces and nephews.  Frank enjoyed the company and support of his son Rob’s mother-in-law, Elaine Hacharian and her daughter Debbie Assouline and husband Rafi.  Frank served as a policeman in Rome and Naples for 9 years achieving the rank of Detective.  After settling in America, he worked as a cement mason before joining PennDOT as a Foreman.  Friends received at McCabe Bros., Inc. Funeral Home, 6214 Walnut Street, Shadyside on Monday, 6-8 pm, and Tuesday, 2-4 and 6-8 pm, where Funeral will commence on Wednesday at 9 am, followed by Mass of Christian Burial in St. Raphael Church at 10 am.
