Obituary of Carolyn Jean Osmond

OSMOND CAROLYN JEAN On Wednesday, February 15, 2017, age 73, of The Villages, FL, formerly of Regent Square. Beloved wife of Richard Osmond; loving mother of Brian Osmond (Laura), Heather Wilhelm (Clyde) and Jennifer Altmiller (Bob); grandmother of Benjamin, Nicholas, Evelyn, Sarah, Bethany, Clyde and Emma; sister of William Carter and Donald Carter. Carolyn was a longtime member of Waverly Church, where she served generously and shared her many talents. She proceeded lifelong learning during her many years working at Carnegie Mellon University and completed her Bachelor’s Degree in later life. She will fondly be remembered as a loving and compassionate wife, mother, sister and friend. Friends received at MCCABE BROS INC., FUNERAL HOME, 6214 Walnut St., Shadyside on Monday 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. where funeral services will be held on Tuesday at 10 a.m.
